Mental health and wellbeing have been a crucial aspect of life. This is especially so during times of the COVID-19 pandemic, where daily lives of people all over the world have changed considerably.
As students begin to return to school, the impact of COVID-19 on education becomes apparent. New health and safety guidelines implemented in schools discourages the sharing of equipment including necessities such as stationery. For many families who may have experienced job loss, this is an unexpected expense and many schools are struggling to find funding to support them.
Like many working parents, I find it tough to balance work and home life even when there’s the support of school and childcare. Lockdown has presented a whole new challenge. A few week’s ago, I sat down with colleagues from across the globe to share stories and experiences of being both a parent and a professional during these extraordinary times.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, all of our employees have still been working in their home offices during the Covid-19 exit plans, most of our work is still completed at home. Although, in line with the nationwide easing of restrictions, we have now decided after careful consideration to slowly reopen our offices within the DACH region.
